Heroes United covers standard economy round-trip tickets. Any modifications or additional arrangements, such as extending a trip for personal reasons, are not covered by Heroes United.

Our Squad Adventure Reunions are all-expenses-paid1 experiences, designed to be as seamless and stress-free as possible for our veteran invitees. Heroes United works closely with sponsors, partners, donors, and our dedicated crews to provide streamlined travel and lodging arrangements for every participant.
Flights
Through our partnership with Nowy, weāve developed a customized flight booking portal, enabling squad members to easily coordinate and book their individual or group flights, fully funded by Heroes United.
To ensure convenience, we arrange transportation from the airport to your lodging at the local Squad Adventure Reunion destination2.
Lodging
Heroes United partners with trusted hotels, motels, private rental property managers, RV rental groups, and camping/outdoor lodging providers to secure the most suitable accommodations for our invited squad members.
Equipment
For destinations requiring outdoor gear
Fishing/Camping Adventures:
We supply all essential equipment, including fishing gear, tents, food, and cooking supplies3.
Off-Road or Vehicle-Based Adventures:
We provide vehicles, fuel, and necessary safety equipment for activities involving off-road vehicles or similar activities.
Notes
Lodging Costs
If an invitee chooses accommodations outside those provided by Heroes United, these costs are not covered.
Dietary Restrictions
If you have specific dietary needs, please inform us at least 45 days before your scheduled flight. Notify your Heroes United Trip Liaison or contact us directly.
